After Yuka lost her husband and had to live alone with her son, she cherished the time she spent with her son Jun. She worked hard to raise Jun, and was satisfied that he was able to get a job at a good company and live a happy married life. But that was just her wish, and reality was cruelly moving in a different direction than her wish.
Her daughter-in-law Alice was spending her freewheeling days without doing any housework even after her marriage. Then one day, Yuka returned home and saw an amazing sight. Alice had invited her old boyfriends to her house and was having a drinking party!
Yuka was so angry that she couldn't stand it. She scolds Alice, conveying her own anger and her disappointment, but Alice instead resents Yuka and joins hands with her boyfriend to plot her revenge.
