Review: A medical AV that even includes surgery scenes? It's great to see Ray's acting skills improving day by day. I think it would be great to make a full-fledged medical AV drama. Anyway, in return for the female doctor who saved her life, the man dumped a lot of semen into the female doctor's womb. It's clear he's a bad guy, but I kind of understand it.
