The manager revels in his depraved joy of tormenting her, gaining a perverse pleasure from her predicament.

The manager's conduct intensifies, moving from improper remarks to outright harassment, pushing Momo into an uncomfortable situation. The manager seems to find a bizarre delight in this, leveraging his authority to subdue Momo.

The story takes a dramatic turn when an anonymous onlooker appears. This spectator, who has been silently observing the unjust conduct, reacts unexpectedly to Momo's discomfort. The sight of Momo's distress incites an odd thrill in him, leading to unexpected arousal.
